At Verdad Power, we collect only the minimum amount of your information to be able to provide you with quotes for the lowest electricity prices. We do not disclose even the most trivial information to any party except to the various REPs — and we only provide them enough information to intelligently estimate your electricity costs and to provide your electric service. Each REP has their own privacy policy. Just like any business, we (and they) are governed by strict Federal and State laws and we will not deal with disreputable electric providers.
And we do not only do this because it is the law. We know that everyone loves to work with a trustworthy company.
